The following works were performed on the house number 8 at the beginning of December:
1. Earthworks – 50% (works are underway)
2. The foundation of the house – 50% (work is underway)
3. Tower crane foundation – 100% (completed)

House №7:
1. Brickwork – 55% (work in progress)
2. Window constructions – 35% (works are underway)
3. Internal engineering networks
– Installation of ventilation shafts – 100% (completed)
– SKD installation – 95% (works are underway)
– Electrical work – 20% (work in progress)
– Plumbing works – 20% (works are underway)
4. Roof – 30% (work in progress)
