The following works have already been performed on house number 7:
1. Earthworks – 90% (works are underway);
2. The foundation of the house – 100% (completed);
3. Tower crane foundation – 100% (completed);
4. Waterproofing of foundations – 50% (work is underway);
5. Frame of the building – 15% (work is underway).
